Reopen the startup wizard to pick a document type (RFP, SOW, Custom) again.
Edit cover page, header/footer, and ending page.
Reset all blocks to factory default (requires Admin):
Edit document header and footer. Changes apply to the next export.
Use {{variable}} tokens (click chips to insert). Footer fields also support {PAGE} and {TOTAL}.

The end page itself is turned on with the Enable End Page checkbox in the Document Preview column. Here you choose the content block and (optionally) the logo grid that appear on it.
